Who does Skar Audio use to ship my purchase?
Skar Audio uses FedEx, UPS, or USPS to ship your order. The carrier is determined based on the item(s) and your location.
Do I qualify for free shipping?
Skar Audio offers free shipping on all orders over $25.
Does Skar Audio ship internationally?
Unfortunately, Skar Audio does not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will it take to get my order?
Skar Audio has warehouses located in Tampa, FL and Las Vegas, NV – ensuring we can deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 2 business days, but depending on your shipping address, it could be faster/slower.
Does Skar Audio offer expedited shipping?
Skar Audio does not offer a specific method for expedited shipping as we strive to get all orders delivered to customers as quickly as possible.
If I purchase an item on backorder, when should I expect to receive it?
The date your item was expected to be back in stock for your backorder/preorder was listed on the product page during your initial purchase on our website. It can also be found in the email you received after placing your order, with the line item for the specific product(s) out of stock each having its own estimated back in stock date.
Can Skar Audio ship to a PO BOX, APO, or FPO address?
Most Skar Audio orders ship via FedEx or UPS, neither of which delivers to PO BOX addresses. Smaller items routed via USPS may be deliverable to a PO BOX, but routing isn’t guaranteed at checkout.
APO and FPO addresses are not currently supported. For PO BOX or military addresses, we recommend using a freight forwarder or alternate physical address.
My tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived. What do I do?
Most missing packages turn up within 1–2 business days. Start with these checks:
- Look around the property — porches, side doors, garage, neighbors.
- Check with building management or your apartment office.
- Contact the carrier’s local delivery hub for the GPS-stamped delivery location.
If 5+ business days have passed since the delivery scan, email us with your order number. We’ll file a carrier claim on your behalf and work toward a replacement or refund.
