This preloaded enclosure simplifies the installation process by offering the ideal combination in one convenient, ready-to-install package.
Featuring a side-firing configuration, the enclosure is crafted for a precise OEM fit on the right side of the Ford Mustang Hardtop’s trunk. The custom-fit enclosure includes our 12-inch VD-12 D2 subwoofer, which comes pre-installed and wired to produce a final impedance load of 1-ohm at the terminal connection. (Ensure your amplifier supports a 1-ohm load before purchasing.)
Proper air space is crucial for peak subwoofer performance, so we lined the enclosure with poly-fill to enrich the overall sound depth. The enclosure is finished in high-quality, automotive-grade, gray trunk-liner carpeting, allowing it to seamlessly integrate with your vehicle’s interior.
